Return / Exchange Policy

All items MUST be returned within 30 days and in original condition with all parts, packaging and information included for them to be returned or exchanged. Please contact IBC via telephone or e-mail prior to returning the item(s).

Customers are responsible for any shipping charges included in returning the item as well as a restocking charge. The restocking charge is calculated by taking 20% of the cost of any returned item(s).

Any product returned without notifying IBC will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
