Return/Exchange Policy

All items MUST be returned within 30 days and in original condition with all parts, packaging and information included for them to be returned or exchanged. Please contact IBC via telephone or e-mail prior to returning the item(s).

Customers are responsible for any shipping charges included in returning the item as well as a restocking charge. The restocking charge is calculated by taking 20% of the cost of any returned item(s).

Any product returned without notifying IBC will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Please contact IBC via telephone or e-mail immediately if any item shipped is defective.

*Original condition means that the item may have been tried on, but not used or soiled.

�Packages are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Orders need to be paced by 12:30p.m. Pacific Standard Time if 2^nd day and overnight requests are to be honored.

�When ordering items please be sure that the billing address matches the address that your credit card company has on file. The shipping address can be different from the billing address.

�Please provide a physical address for items to be delivered. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
